HYPNOTHERAPY
From my childhood, I was always curious to the mindset of different person. How different people think and act? This concern attract me in the field of psychology and later on I switch on precise content which is a part of psychology called hypnotherapy. Where hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice that utilizes hypnosis to induce a state of deep relaxation, heightened focus, and suggestibility in individuals. Rooted in the principles of psychology and neurology, hypnotherapy aims to access the subconscious mind to address various psychological and emotional issues.
During a session, I guide the individual into a trance-like state through verbal cues and imagery, allowing them to tap into their inner resources and facilitate positive changes. This altered state of consciousness enables the individual to explore and address underlying issues, such as anxiety, phobias, trauma, and unwanted habits like smoking or overeating.
Hypnotherapy is often employed as an adjunct therapy alongside traditional psychological approaches, offering a complementary tool for personal growth and self-improvement. As a non-invasive and drug-free therapeutic modality, hypnotherapy continues to gain recognition and acceptance within the broader healthcare community, offering individuals a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery. I have been in this field since last couple of years. However, before from last four months I’m as being a certified hypnotherapist. Within this short period of time, I have been healing more than fifty clients. As a review of testimonial, I’m too satisfied of my work which I continue as a passion and help out many individuals.
